Terms of Service

Last updated 14 October 2026

These terms govern access to and use of the CorporateVenture AI platform. By creating an account or using the platform, the organisation you represent agrees to them.

01Nothing here is advice or an offer

The platform is a tool for operating a corporate venture programme. Nothing produced by it, and nothing on this website, constitutes investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, an offer to sell a security, or a solicitation of an offer to buy a security.

All investment, legal and commercial decisions are made solely by you. You are responsible for obtaining your own professional advice before entering into any transaction.

02Approval and responsibility

The platform is designed so that legal and financial commitments require an approval from an identified human user before they proceed. You remain fully responsible for every decision made by users of your account, including every approval granted.

You are responsible for ensuring that the people you grant approval authority to are authorised to exercise it under your own internal governance.

03Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Do not share credentials between individuals.
  • Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.
  • Keep your list of authorised users current.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to do any of the following.

  • Breach any applicable law, including securities, competition, data protection and anti-corruption law.
  • Send unlawful, deceptive or harassing communications to any third party.
  • Misrepresent your identity, authority or affiliation to any counterparty.
  • Attempt to access another organisation’s data, or to circumvent access controls.
  • Interfere with the integrity, security or availability of the platform.

05Third-party communications

Where the platform assists with communications to third parties, those communications are sent on your behalf and in your name. You are responsible for their content and for compliance with all laws applicable to them, including electronic communications and marketing rules in the relevant jurisdictions.

06Your data

You retain all rights in the data you put into the platform. We process it to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Notice.

You may export your data at any time, and may request deletion. We do not sell your data and do not share it with other customers.

07Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform depends on third-party services whose availability is outside our control; where capability is reduced, the platform is designed to disclose that rather than return a silently degraded result.

We may change features over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce functionality you rely on.

08No guarantee of outcomes

Corporate venture activity is inherently uncertain. We make no representation or warranty that the platform will result in any opportunity, any agreement, any position, any return, or any particular outcome. Equity positions may lose all of their value.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.

10Term, suspension and contact

Either party may terminate on notice. We may suspend access where required by law or where use materially breaches these terms, and will tell you why.

On termination you may export your data. Questions about these terms should be directed to your account contact.
